1C:TOIR Equipment Maintenance and Repair
Maintenance and repair of equipment in one system: the register of equipment, the schedule of preventive maintenance, work orders, spare parts and the cost of repairs.
1C:TOIR is the 1C program for managing the maintenance and repair of equipment and other assets of a company; its name in Russian is "1С:ТОИР Управление ремонтами и обслуживанием оборудования". The repair service plans work from the state and the standards of each piece of equipment, and management sees what the maintenance costs.
What it covers
- Register of equipment. A hierarchy of repair objects: production equipment and machines, engineering networks, buildings and structures.
- Standards and documents. Maintenance standards and the archive of regulatory and technical documents.
- Preventive maintenance. Calculation of the schedule of planned preventive maintenance.
- Work orders. Orders for repair work and the record of the work done.
- Inspections and defects. Inspections of equipment and registration of the defects found.
- Materials and labour. Requirements for materials, tools and spare parts, and the use of labour.
- Costs. Budgets of repairs and maintenance and control of their costs.
Who it suits
Manufacturing plants, energy and utility companies and other organizations whose work depends on equipment, networks and buildings that have to be kept in working order.
Delivery and licences
1C:TOIR is a separate program supplied in the CORP version; it follows the ISO 55000 standards of asset management and exchanges data with the accounting system of the company. 1C:ERP has its own block for the accounting of repairs; 1C:TOIR is chosen when maintenance is a large activity of its own. Workplaces and the server are licensed separately: see the page about the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and licences.
What we do
- Survey of the repair service: equipment, standards, kinds of repairs and how work is planned today.
- Setup of the register of equipment, the standards and the schedules of preventive maintenance.
- Exchange with 1C:ERP or another accounting system: materials, spare parts and costs.
- Training of the repair service and support after go-live.

ERP user training and pilot operation: what to plan
Instructions by role, training on the company's own data, the cost of an inconvenient screen and a pilot with written dates and exit criteria.

What the client signs when an ERP system is accepted
A signed check list shows that functions work. Tests on the future data volume and number of users show whether they will stay fast.

Master data: one item list that planning, the warehouse and accounting can trust
Why duplicate items distort stock, cost and reports at once, who decides what a duplicate is, and why the entry of new items is controlled first.
