1C:ERP Holding Management
1C:ERP and 1C:Holding Management in one product for holdings and large companies with complex production.
1C:ERP Holding Management combines 1C:ERP and 1C:Holding Management in one product. The companies of a group run production, trade and accounting in it, and the head office gets consolidation, budgeting and treasury on the same data, without an exchange between two systems.
What it covers
- Operations of the companies. Production, costing, sales, purchasing, warehouse, maintenance and repairs, personnel and payroll, as in 1C:ERP.
- Accounting. Statutory and tax accounting of every company, reporting under international standards.
- Consolidation. Consolidated statements of the group with elimination of turnover inside it.
- Budgeting. One budget model for the group and its companies, with plan and fact in the same items.
- Centralized treasury. Payment calendar, approval of payment requests, limits.
- Contracts and procurement. A register of contracts and centralized purchasing for the group.
- Investment projects and master data. Project budgets and common reference data.
Who it suits
Holdings and large single companies that have complex production and also need corporate functions: several legal entities, branches, a common treasury and consolidated reporting.
Delivery and licences
The product is supplied as a standard delivery and as a corporate delivery for large installations. Workplaces and the server are licensed separately: see the page about the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and licences.
What we do
- A roadmap for the group: which company and which function starts first, and what the head office receives at each stage.
- Implementation in stages by our 1C:ERP and 1C:CORP practice.
- Migration from separate databases of the companies with reconciliation of the transferred data.
- Localization for Azerbaijan, integration, training and support under a service level agreement.
