1C:Payroll and HR Management
Personnel records, working time and payroll in one program, from hiring to reports.
1C:Payroll and HR Management connects the personnel department and the payroll accountant. An order entered by the personnel officer becomes the basis of the calculation, and nothing is typed twice.
What it covers
- Personnel records. Staffing table, hiring, transfers, dismissals, personal files and orders.
- Working time. Schedules, shifts, timesheets, overtime and absences.
- Payroll. Accruals and deductions, allowances, average earnings, vacations and sick leave.
- Taxes and contributions. Calculation of taxes and social contributions on payroll.
- Payments. Payment of salaries through the bank and the cash desk.
- HR management. Recruitment, training, appraisal and grades in the CORP edition.
- Reports. Payslips, payroll summaries, personnel statistics and statutory reports.
Who it suits
Organizations where payroll is calculated in spreadsheets or in a program that no longer follows the rules, and employers with shifts, allowances and a large staff, including state bodies.
Editions and licences
1C:Payroll and HR Management is supplied in the Basic, PROF and CORP editions. Workplaces and the server are licensed separately: see the page about the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and licences.
What we do
- Setup of accruals, schedules and the staffing table by the rules of the organization.
- Adaptation to the legislation of Azerbaijan.
- Transfer of personnel data and balances from the previous program with reconciliation.
- Exchange with 1C:Accounting or 1C:ERP, training of personnel officers and accountants, support under a service level agreement.

ERP user training and pilot operation: what to plan
Instructions by role, training on the company's own data, the cost of an inconvenient screen and a pilot with written dates and exit criteria.

What the client signs when an ERP system is accepted
A signed check list shows that functions work. Tests on the future data volume and number of users show whether they will stay fast.
