Budget accounting for state bodies and budget organizations: budget classification, financing sources, assets, settlements and reports.
1C:Public Institution Accounting is the 1C program for the accounting departments of state bodies and budget organizations; its name in Russian is "1С:Бухгалтерия государственного учреждения 8". It keeps accounting by the budget classification and by sources of financing, in one institution or in a centralized accounting department that serves several.
What it covers
- Budget classification and financing sources. Every operation carries its budget classification, and funds of different sources are accounted separately.
- Authorization of expenses. Allocations, limits, commitments and their execution.
- Cash execution. Operations on accounts and in the cash desk, payment documents.
- Non-financial assets. Fixed assets and inventories.
- Settlements. Suppliers and contractors, customers and accountable persons.
- Pay and stipends. Accounting of pay and stipends, with a two-way exchange with 1C:Public Institution Payroll and HR.
- Centralized accounting. Several institutions in one database in the PROF and CORP editions.
- Reports. Budget and accounting reports and registers.
Who it suits
Ministries, agencies and other state bodies, budget organizations in education and health care, and centralized accounting departments that keep the books of several institutions.
Editions and licences
1C:Public Institution Accounting is supplied in the Basic, PROF and CORP editions. Basic is for one institution and one user. PROF adds work of several users, several institutions in one database and client-server mode. CORP adds the electronic flow of accounting documents for centralized accounting departments. What we do
- Setup of the chart of accounts, the budget classification, documents and reports. The standard configuration is supplied with the budget accounting rules of the home market of the vendor, so this setup is a part of every project.
- Adaptation to the legislation of Azerbaijan.
- Transfer of balances and reference data from the previous program with reconciliation.
- Exchange with the payroll program, training of accountants, support under a service level agreement.
