Personnel records and payroll for state bodies and budget organizations, with pay by financing sources and kinds of service.
1C:Public Institution Payroll and HR is the 1C program for the personnel and payroll departments of state bodies and budget organizations; its name in Russian is "1С:Зарплата и кадры государственного учреждения 8". It follows the pay systems of the public sector and divides pay by the sources from which it is financed.
What it covers
- Personnel records. Staffing table, appointments, transfers, dismissals, orders and personal files.
- Kinds of service. Civil service, military and law enforcement service, staff of educational and medical institutions.
- Payroll. The pay systems of the public sector, qualification categories, accruals and deductions, planning of the expenses on pay.
- Financing sources. Pay is accrued and paid by the sources of its financing.
- Taxes and contributions. Calculation of taxes and social contributions on pay.
- Appraisal. Attestation of staff.
- Personal data. A log of access to personal data.
- Reports. Payslips, payroll summaries and reports to state bodies.
Who it suits
State bodies and budget organizations: ministries and agencies, educational and medical institutions, military and law enforcement bodies, and centralized departments that calculate pay for several institutions.
Editions and licences
1C:Public Institution Payroll and HR is supplied in the Basic, PROF and CORP editions. Basic is for one user and the standard setup. PROF adds work of several users, several institutions in one database, client-server mode and the web client. CORP adds extended payroll functions for large institutions. What we do
