1C:ERP
The flagship 1C product for medium and large companies: production, trade, finance, personnel and accounting in one system.
1C:ERP is the flagship 1C product for medium and large companies with several lines of business. Production, trade, finance, personnel and accounting work in one database, and management sees the result every day instead of waiting for the month to be closed.
What it covers
- Production. Planning from sales orders and forecasts, material and capacity requirements, scheduling by workshop, output and work in progress.
- Costs and costing. Actual cost by order, product and stage, allocation of expenses, comparison of plan and fact.
- Finance and budgeting. Budgets, payment calendar, treasury, settlements with customers and suppliers.
- Sales and customer relations. Prices and discounts, orders, deals and claims.
- Purchasing. Choice of suppliers, orders and delivery control.
- Warehouse and stock. Storage by location, picking, inventory counts and replenishment.
- Maintenance and repairs. Register of equipment, planning and accounting of repairs.
- Personnel and payroll. Staffing, working time and payroll calculation.
- Accounting. Statutory and tax accounting, reporting under international standards.
- Performance monitoring. Target indicators for managers at every level.
Who it suits
Manufacturing and trading companies and groups that have outgrown separate programs for accounting, trade and payroll and need one set of numbers for planning and control.
Delivery and licences
1C:ERP is supplied as a standard delivery and as a corporate delivery for large installations. Subsidiaries and branches have a separate licence. Workplaces and the server are licensed separately: see the page about the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and licences.
What we do
- Implementation in stages, from the survey to support after go-live. Alarna holds 1C:ERP competence center status.
- Localization for Azerbaijan: electronic invoices (e-qaime), tax and statutory reporting.
- Migration from 1C 7.7 and older 1C products with reconciliation of the transferred data.
- Integration with banks, government services and other enterprise systems.
- Training of users and support under a service level agreement.

ERP user training and pilot operation: what to plan
Instructions by role, training on the company's own data, the cost of an inconvenient screen and a pilot with written dates and exit criteria.

What the client signs when an ERP system is accepted
A signed check list shows that functions work. Tests on the future data volume and number of users show whether they will stay fast.

Master data: one item list that planning, the warehouse and accounting can trust
Why duplicate items distort stock, cost and reports at once, who decides what a duplicate is, and why the entry of new items is controlled first.
