1C:Holding Management
Consolidation, budgeting and treasury for groups of companies, beside the accounting systems the companies already use.
1C:Holding Management is a corporate performance management system for groups of companies. It collects the data of all companies into one model for consolidation, budgeting and treasury, and works beside the accounting systems of the companies, whatever they are.
What it covers
- Consolidation. Collection of reporting from the companies of the group, elimination of turnover inside the group, consolidated statements.
- International reporting. Parallel accounting and transformation of statutory data into reporting under international standards.
- Budgeting. Budget models, scenarios, approval routes, analysis of plan and fact.
- Centralized treasury. Payment calendar of the group, approval of payment requests, limits and control of cash.
- Contracts. A register of contracts with approval and control of obligations.
- Procurement. Collection of needs, choice of suppliers and centralized purchasing.
- Investment projects. Budgets, stages and results of projects.
- Settlements inside the group. Reconciliation between the companies before the period is closed.
- Master data. Common reference data for the systems of the group.
Who it suits
Holding groups and companies with subsidiaries and branches whose finance department assembles the group report in spreadsheets, approves payments by email and cannot see the budget and the fact in the same items.
Delivery and licences
1C:Holding Management is a product of the 1C corporate line. Workplaces and the server are licensed separately: see the page about the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and licences.
What we do
- Methodology before software: a group chart of accounts or a mapping to it, common analytics, a budget model and a closing calendar.
- Implementation report by report, so that the system is in use from the first stage.
- Integration with the accounting databases of the companies, on 1C or on other systems.
- Training of the finance team and support under a service level agreement.
