Manufacturing
Production planning, costing and supply in one system.
A manufacturing company earns or loses money in details: what the product costs in fact, how much stock lies in the warehouse, whether the order will be shipped on time. When planning lives in spreadsheets and accounting in another program, these answers come late.
Typical tasks
- Production planning from sales orders and forecasts, with material and capacity requirements.
- Product costing: actual cost by order, product and stage, compared with the plan.
- Purchasing and stock: what to buy and when, without shortages and without excess stock.
- Shop-floor accounting: output, material consumption, work in progress and scrap.
- Maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Payroll for piecework and shift schedules.
What we deliver
- Implementation of 1C:ERP: production, purchasing, sales, warehouse, finance and payroll in one database.
- 1C:MES for the schedule and dispatching of the shop floor, 1C:PLM for engineering data and 1C:LIMS for the laboratory and quality control, together with 1C:ERP.
- 1C:TOIR for planning and accounting of the maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Management accounting and budgeting alongside statutory accounting.
- Integration with weighing, laboratory and production equipment systems where the plant has them.
- Migration from older 1C versions and spreadsheets with reconciliation of balances.
- Support and development after go-live.
Where to start
We usually begin with a diagnostic of one flow, from the sales order to the shipped product, and with the calculation of the actual cost of that product. It shows where data is lost and what the first stage of the project should cover.
Our manufacturing clients include a furniture manufacturer, a construction materials producer and a dairy producer.

ERP user training and pilot operation: what to plan
Instructions by role, training on the company's own data, the cost of an inconvenient screen and a pilot with written dates and exit criteria.

What the client signs when an ERP system is accepted
A signed check list shows that functions work. Tests on the future data volume and number of users show whether they will stay fast.

Master data: one item list that planning, the warehouse and accounting can trust
Why duplicate items distort stock, cost and reports at once, who decides what a duplicate is, and why the entry of new items is controlled first.
