Alarna builds and supports business systems for state institutions and private companies: accounting, payroll, production, trade and consolidated reporting for organizations where a mistake in the system is felt by thousands of people. The work is done in project teams, where consultants, developers and analysts answer for the same result.
We work by a method. The solution is written down before it is built, every change is reviewed by someone other than its author, and users are trained on their own data. New colleagues learn this method on real projects.
Our specialists hold 45 1C certificates, and learning is part of the work.

Who we look for
1C developers, consultants and business analysts at any stage of their career.
1C developers
You develop extensions, reports, integrations and data migrations on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. We look for readable code, knowledge of the standard configurations and the habit of testing your own work.
1C consultants
You examine the client's processes, configure the system, write specifications and train users. Experience in accounting, payroll, production or trade is as valuable as knowledge of the product.
Business analysts
You describe how a process runs today and how it should run, and turn that into requirements that both the client and the developers understand.
