1C:Accounting
Accounting and tax accounting, from primary documents to reports, for one company or several.
1C:Accounting is the program in which the accounting department does all its daily work: enters primary documents, keeps accounting and tax records, closes the month and prepares reports. In the PROF and CORP editions several companies can be kept in one database.
What it covers
- Bank and cash. Payment orders, statements, cash documents and advance reports.
- Settlements. Customers, suppliers, employees and the budget, with reconciliation statements.
- Goods and materials. Receipt, sale, movement and inventory counts.
- Fixed assets and intangible assets. Acquisition, depreciation, modernization and disposal.
- Production and services. Output, cost of products and services.
- Payroll. Calculation of salaries for a small staff.
- Closing the month. A step-by-step procedure with control of the sequence of operations.
- Reports. Statutory and tax reports, standard accounting reports and analysis for the chief accountant.
Who it suits
Companies of any size that need orderly accounting: from a firm with one accountant to an organization with separate divisions and several legal entities.
Editions and licences
1C:Accounting is supplied in the Basic, PROF and CORP editions. The Basic edition is for one workplace and cannot be changed, PROF supports several users and adaptation to the company, CORP adds accounting for separate divisions. Workplaces and the server are licensed separately: see the page about the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and licences.
What we do
- Installation, initial setup and transfer of balances from the previous program.
- Localization for Azerbaijan: electronic invoices (e-qaime), tax and statutory reporting.
- Reports and print forms for the company, made as extensions so that updates are installed in the usual way.
- Training of accountants, a consultation line and regular updates under 1C:ITS.
