1C:Document Management
Registration, approval and storage of documents, contracts and internal requests, with deadlines under control.
1C:Document Management keeps the documents of an organization in one place and moves them along agreed routes. Everyone sees what is waiting for them, and the manager sees where each document is and whose deadline has passed.
What it covers
- Correspondence. Registration of incoming and outgoing letters and of internal documents, with numbering and a register.
- Contracts. Preparation, approval, signing and control of the validity periods of contracts.
- Approval and execution. Routes for approval, signing, review and execution, with deadlines and reminders.
- Tasks. Assignments with responsible people and control of execution.
- Files. Storage with versions, access rights and full-text search.
- Electronic signature. Signing of documents inside the system.
- Meetings and projects. Agendas, minutes, project documents and time records.
- Work with other 1C programs. Documents of 1C:ERP and other 1C applications are approved without leaving them.
Who it suits
Organizations with a large volume of correspondence and contracts, companies where approval takes days because documents travel on paper or by email, and state bodies with formal rules for document flow.
Editions and licences
1C:Document Management is supplied in the PROF and CORP editions and in an edition for state institutions. Workplaces and the server are licensed separately: see the page about the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and licences.
What we do
- Description of the document types and routes of the organization before the system is set up.
- Setup of approval processes, templates and access rights.
- Integration with 1C:ERP, 1C:Accounting and other systems.
- Training of users and administrators, support under a service level agreement.

Integration first: why data flows decide the result of automation
A new system pays off only when the data it needs arrives on time and means the same everywhere.

ERP user training and pilot operation: what to plan
Instructions by role, training on the company's own data, the cost of an inconvenient screen and a pilot with written dates and exit criteria.
